A valid candidate must need to go through a series of qualifications and must achieve a minimum acceptable number of credits. Training and Examination are dependent on the Examination institute you choose.

Requirements for ITIL Expert Certification: End learners must hold the ITIL v3 or ITIL 4 Foundation certification with 17 credits from the foundation or intermediate modules.

Exam details

• Credits from earlier and complementary certifications can also be count toward these 17 credits
• MALC exam is necessary and must be passed to achieve a total of 22 credits, which is the minimum required for ITIL Expert certificate MALC

ITIL Expert Exam Format:-

• Multiple choice examination questions
• 10 questions per paper
• 35 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) - 70%
• 120 minutes’ duration Closed book.
